AVETMISS Done™ is part of the Gecko™ platform ecosystem and operates under the JWGecko™ Customer Agreement Framework.
Use of the AVETMISS Done™ platform, acceptance of the platform login agreement, or payment of any associated subscription fees constitutes acceptance of the agreements and policies listed below.
The AVETMISS Done™ platform is governed by the following documents.

- platform access
- intellectual property

6. Account Security Requirements
To maintain platform security and prevent misuse of regulatory reporting tools, AVETMISS Done™ accounts may require:
- verified user identities
- a valid mobile number associated with each user account
- a valid payment method associated with the organisation account
These measures support fraud prevention, regulatory traceability and secure platform access.
7. Updates to the Framework
JWGecko™ may update documents within the Customer Agreement Framework from time to time.
The current versions of these documents, as published within this framework, constitute the active contractual terms governing use of the platform.
Where updates materially affect customers, reasonable notice will be provided.
8. Acceptance of Terms
Customers accept this framework through any of the following actions:
- creating an AVETMISS Done™ account
- accepting the platform login agreement
- paying subscription invoices
- continuing to use the platform
