Migrating your existing data
You can import your AVETMISS “NAT” files directly into AVETMISS Done.
Because AVETMISS does not include all parchment information, there is a separate process to import that via excel or CSV files. The “Certificates” file contains Qualification and Statement Parchment Numbers, as well as Student No and Programme Code. This is used in conjunction with the NAT file import to reconstitute your data.

Trainers are also not in the AVETMISS files. You can (optionally) import a trainer list here and link them to programmes before importing the NAT files and the process will use the default trainer for the programme in each enrolment.

We provide an automatic backup and restore feature around the import process so that if there is a major problem, you can always back out the entire process and try again later.
If you need it we are experienced in importing data from other student management systems and can provide an individual migration service for a fixed fee.
